How to measure (click to see online tutorial)
1. Press the set button in the middle to turn on the device.

2. Feel the pulse on your LEFT wrist in the same way your doctor measures your pulse.

3. Hold Freescan® on the pulse with your right hand and press continuously on the start button with your index finger. (※ You may hold your Freescan® in either of the following gestures, whichever is more comfortable to you.)

4. After 10 seconds of measuring the result appears on the display.
